KVKK Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Avarit ("Avarit", "we"), the operator of the AvaritCall service, processes your personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Avarit as data controller. You can reach us at info@avaritai.com or +90 541 632 59 58.

Personal data we process

Depending on how you use our services, the following categories may be processed:

  • Identity and contact details: full name, email address, phone number, company name (when you submit forms on our website).
  • Conversation content: transcripts of calls handled by the voice assistant. Conversations are stored as text only; no voice recordings are kept.
  • Transactional and technical data: records required to provide the service (call time, duration, status) and basic server logs.

Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interest and — where required — your explicit consent, for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your demo, contact and sign-up requests.
  • Providing the AvaritCall service, answering/placing calls and generating call summaries.
  • Billing, payment and contract administration.
  • Complying with legal obligations and lawful requests from authorities.

Data transfers

Your data may be shared only to the extent necessary with:

  • Form delivery infrastructure: form submissions (name, email, phone, message) pass through our form delivery provider (Web3Forms) so they can be emailed to us; its servers may be located abroad and the transfer is based on the consent you give by submitting the form.
  • Telecom operators: signalling and number data strictly required to establish calls.
  • Public authorities: where legally required.

Call transcripts and service data are hosted in data centres in Turkey.

Retention

We keep personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes above and for any minimum periods required by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 (and the GDPR where applicable) you may request information about, correction of, or deletion of your data; learn the third parties it was shared with; object to results produced solely by automated analysis; and claim compensation for damages.

Send requests to info@avaritai.com; we respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
