Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the AvaritCall service provided by Avarit. By using the service or creating an account you accept these terms.
The service
AvaritCall is an AI-powered voice assistant service that answers inbound calls, can place outbound calls, and transcribes and summarises conversations. The service is provided "as is"; features may change with prior notice.
Accounts and early access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at sign-up. During early access, some features may be limited or in beta.
Pricing
The service is billed pay-as-you-go: you test with the welcome credit granted at sign-up; to continue you top up a minimum of $10 and pay only for the minutes you use. Payments are processed via iyzico. There is no commitment or contract term; unused balance stays in your account.
Acceptable use
By using the service you agree to the following:
- —The service may not be used for misleading, harassing, unlawful or unsolicited (spam) calls.
- —For calls that qualify as commercial electronic messages, obtaining the consents required by applicable law (including Turkish Law No. 6563) is the responsibility of the party using the service.
- —Called parties are treated transparently about the fact that they are speaking with an AI assistant.
Intellectual property
The AvaritCall software, brand and site content belong to Avarit. Using the service grants you no rights over these assets.
Limitation of liability
Avarit does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free and — to the maximum extent permitted by law — is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data or profit. Total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the last 3 months.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; material changes are announced on the site. The terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
