Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This policy explains how the AvaritCall website uses cookies and similar technologies.

Total counts without identifiers

To see which sources visits come from and how far the sign-up steps are completed, we count all visits without identifiers; this count does not require consent. The number of views of pages such as the home page and the sign-up page, and the number of steps such as starting sign-up and the demo form, are kept only as totals per day and source label. The source label is the campaign source information in the link you followed or the type of site that referred you (e.g. search engine, video platform, social media, direct visit or other).

No IP address, browser information, cookie, device identifier or any other information that identifies you is written to this count, and nothing is stored in your browser for this purpose. As the totals cannot be linked to any person, they are not personal data and do not depend on your consent.

Session recording, usage analysis and ad measurement (only with your explicit consent)

If you allow analytics in the cookie preferences (explicit consent), your visit to our website and the user panel is recorded: clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, page transitions, error and page-speed measurements, and the structure of the screen. This option is off by default. If you do not allow it, no session recording is made and you can continue to use the website and the service in the same way.

Our purpose is to find errors and difficulties in the sign-up and usage flows and to improve the product. Recordings are used only for this purpose.

  • All form and input fields are masked; the values you type are not recorded.
  • Passwords, card details, phone numbers, email addresses and AI agent instruction texts are never recorded.
  • Payment and wallet pages are not recorded at all.
  • In the user panel, on-screen text is masked by default; customer lists, phone numbers and call transcripts do not appear in recordings.
  • Recordings made while you are signed in to your account are linked to your account.
  • Recordings are kept for at most 30 days and deleted automatically at the end of this period.
  • Recordings are kept on our own infrastructure. No third-party analytics or advertising service and no advertising pixel is used; recordings are not sold or shared with third parties.
  • Only our authorised administrators can access recordings; every access is logged.

To link the parts of one visit, a randomly generated session identifier is kept in your browser; on its own, this identifier does not identify you (details are in the table below). If you have allowed analytics and open an account during your visit, the recording of that visit may be linked to your account. If you have not allowed analytics, no such link is made.

If you allowed analytics and arrived through an advertising or campaign link, the campaign label from the link (source, medium, campaign name and, if present, the ad click identifier: gclid, gbraid, wbraid) is kept in a first-party cookie in this browser for at most 30 days, so that we can measure which campaign you came from when you open an account. The cookie is sent only to this site; it is deleted when sign-up is completed or when you withdraw your consent. The ad click ID may be reported to the relevant advertising platform to measure the ad's result; your name and email are not shared.

Legal basis: your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link. When you withdraw it, recording stops and the session recordings made from this browser and the campaign label cookie are deleted.

Previous measurement

The identity-based measurement previously carried out on our website for visitors who allowed it has ended. Any preference or identifier records from that measurement left in your browser are no longer read or sent anywhere; you can remove them by deleting this site’s data in your browser. You can send requests about your data processed under that measurement to info@avaritai.com.

Cookie consent tool

We collect your cookie preferences on our website with the Okito cookie consent tool. The consent banner loads on your first interaction with the page (tap, click, scroll or key press). No non-essential cookie or record is created before you make a choice.

Your choice (acceptance, refusal or category preferences), the time of the choice and a randomly generated visitor identifier are recorded in the consent tool provider’s system so that we can demonstrate your consent. This record does not contain your name, email address or phone number.

You can change or withdraw your preference at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of the page.

Legal basis: our obligation to demonstrate your consent (KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç); GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) and Art. 7(1)).
