HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Bitrix24 and HighLevel connectors are available in the dashboard as beta. How does the AI call center connect to an existing PBX and phone line?
SIP presets for NetGSM, Verimor and Netsantral are available in the dashboard, along with international presets for Twilio, Telnyx, sipgate and Plivo. Other SIP carriers and PBX systems connect through the custom SIP form using digest, REGISTER or static IP trunk options. When needed, the AvaritCall team assists with setup.
What does the Beta label mean?
Integrations labeled Beta are available in the dashboard and have been tested against the provider's official API. They have not yet been verified with a live customer account. The Set up by our team label marks integrations that the AvaritCall team configures and that are running for live customers.
What if the system I use is not on the list?
Systems not on the list can be connected through the REST API, webhooks, or custom HTTP and JavaScript tools. Industry-specific systems such as clinic, logistics and ERP software are connected by the AvaritCall team through the customer's API.
Do I need technical skills to set up an integration?
Ready and beta connectors are connected in the dashboard with an API key, token or webhook URL, and the connection is tested from the dashboard. Custom HTTP and JavaScript tools and the REST API are provided for development teams working with their own systems. Integrations labeled Set up by our team are configured by the AvaritCall team.
