Data we collect
We collect the information you submit through forms on our website (name, email, phone, company, message) and the technical records strictly required to operate the service. Our site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party ad tracking.
How we use data
We use your data only to respond to your requests, provide and improve the service, and run contract and billing processes. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties.
Conversation data
Voice assistant conversations are stored as transcripts (text only); no voice recordings are kept. Transcripts and service data are hosted in data centres in Turkey.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS, and access is limited to personnel who need it for their role. Our information security processes follow ISO 27001 principles.
Third-party services
We use Web3Forms for form delivery and iyzico for payments. These providers process only the data required to complete the relevant operation.
