Voice AI providers in Turkey: a 2026 market map
An alphabetical, vendor-site-only map of Turkish-speaking voice AI and AI call center providers: who is a platform, who is a service, who publishes prices; how to test them and where the limits are.

In 2026, a search for "AI call center" returns very different products in a single list: enterprise platforms that build IVRs for banks, self-service tools that go live in minutes, and service firms that do the setup for you all sit under the same heading. This article is not a ranking; it is a map. It lists Turkish-speaking voice AI providers in Turkey alphabetically; the information in each entry comes only from that provider's own website, accessed on 30 August 2026. No independent testing was done; claims are reported as the vendor's own statements.
AI call center software companies in Turkey
One domain was dropped from the candidate list because it had no product site on the access date; the remaining 10 providers were asked three questions: What is the focus (inbound/outbound, sector)? What is the model (a platform you set up yourself, or a service the vendor sets up)? Are prices published, and is there self-service sign-up? Entries follow the same format; the entry for AvaritCall, which publishes this article, is held to the same rule: only statements from its own site.
- AI Agent TR (aiagenttr.com): Cloud-based Turkish voice agent platform for inbound and outbound calls. Publishes pricing: credit-based monthly packages from ₺5,900 to ₺179,000, with the per-minute cost falling from ₺29.5 to ₺17.9 by package; no commitment, 14-day free trial; 2–10 concurrent calls depending on package [1].
- AloTech (alotech.com.tr): Cloud contact center (CCaaS) platform. Publishes ₺3,990 per user per month for voice+text and ₺1,490 for text-only; no price for "ChatBot + VoiceBot", contact required; pay-as-you-go with no commitment; the sales process starts with a demo request [2].
- AvaritCall (avaritcall.com): AI voice agent platform. Pricing is pay-as-you-go: $0.08 per spoken minute (STT, LLM and TTS included, a single line item), $5 sign-up credit, no commitment; self-service sign-up [3]. According to its own site, average response latency in Turkey is ~0.8 s (at Opus audio quality and without truncating context; measured from the moment the caller stops speaking until the agent starts its reply); no audio is recorded, only the transcript is stored; KVKK- and GDPR-compliant [4].
- Callby AI (callby.ai): An "AI customer representative" for inbound (support, complaints) and outbound (appointments, collections, sales) calls. Cloud or on-premise; described as "pay as you go" but no figures published, "get a quote" flow; 30+ languages; 25+ enterprise customers according to its site [5].
- CBOT (cbot.ai): Enterprise AI agent and voice AI platform focused on banking, insurance, telecom and the public sector. "Digital employees" that run collections, identity verification and appointment flows over IVR, WhatsApp and SMS; no published pricing, demo request; no self-service sign-up [6].
- Fonify (fonify.co): Voice AI assistant for inbound and outbound calls. Monthly package model: Secretary ₺10,000/month, Assistant ₺20,000/month, plus a one-time ₺75,000 activation fee; prices set in USD and billed at the Turkish central bank (TCMB) rate; "Team" package custom-priced; a consultation call instead of self-service sign-up [7].
- Sesla AI (sesla.ai): No-code, drag-and-drop self-service AI call center platform. Monthly subscriptions with minute quotas: Starter $59.99 (120 min), Professional $129.99 (300 min), Enterprise $259.99 (600 min), Agency $549.99 (1,000 min); overage $0.25→$0.15 per minute, 25% discount on annual billing; 40+ languages and accents; sign-up via a "Join" flow [8].
- SESTEK / Knovvu (sestek.com): Enterprise conversational automation. Knovvu Virtual Agent runs on the voice channel (Conversational IVR) and digital channels; Turkish is explicitly listed among supported languages; 550+ customers in 20 countries according to its site; no published pricing, demo request [9].
- Sonitel (sonitel.com.tr): Enterprise customer experience software that brings voice, video, chat, email and WhatsApp into one platform. "AI-powered virtual assistant" module; no published pricing, contact sales; references in telecom, retail, public sector and finance [10].
- Telyx (telyx.ai) (not to be confused with the US telephony provider Telnyx): The same AI assistant across phone, WhatsApp, chat and email; inbound focus (appointments, order tracking, support). Publishes pricing: pay-as-you-go ₺23/min, Starter ₺5,799/month (200 min), Professional ₺11,499/month (500 min); 14-day free trial, self-service sign-up [11].
Three categories: enterprise platform, self-service agent, package-service model
The first group is enterprise CCaaS and voice bot providers: SESTEK/Knovvu, CBOT, Sonitel and AloTech. What they share is a sales process that starts with a demo request and unpublished bot pricing; AloTech publishes its per-seat CCaaS fee but asks you to get in touch for the VoiceBot [2]. References are large banks, telecoms and public institutions; the voice channel is usually sold together with IVR, speech analytics and agent-assist modules [6][9][10]. The entry threshold can be high for a small team; in return, on-premise, dedicated infrastructure and deep integration are more visible in this group.
The second group is self-service agent platforms: AI Agent TR, AvaritCall, Sesla AI and Telyx. All four offer sign-up from the site and published prices; but the units differ. AI Agent TR uses monthly credit packages with a per-minute rate that varies by package [1], Sesla AI a monthly subscription with a minute quota [8], Telyx a lira-based per-minute rate plus monthly packages with minute quotas [11], and AvaritCall a single per-minute line item (STT, LLM and TTS included) on a pay-as-you-go basis [3].
The third group is the package-service model: Fonify works with a monthly package plus a one-time activation fee [7]; Callby AI says "pay as you go" but offers a quote flow instead of figures, with cloud or on-premise options [5]. Upfront cost is higher in this model; in return, the burden of scripting and integration shifts to the vendor.
There are options from outside Turkey too: global developer platforms such as Retell or Vapi were left outside the scope of this map. On such a platform you need to verify Turkish voice quality, the telephony connection and the KVKK arrangement yourself; the language list on a vendor's page is not a criterion on its own.
Which is the best AI call center software?
There is no single answer; the right question is "which category fits which business". A team replacing a bank's IVR that wants on-premise and deep integration: enterprise platform (SESTEK/Knovvu, CBOT, Sonitel, AloTech); a five-person clinic or real estate office that wants its phone answered this week and will write the script itself: self-service agent platform (AI Agent TR, AvaritCall, Sesla AI, Telyx); nobody in-house with time for scripting and integration: package-service model (Fonify, Callby AI). Once the category is chosen, screen providers with six criteria; measure each yourself. To compare per-minute, credit and package prices in a single table: avaritcall.com/tr/blog/yapay-zeka-cagri-merkezi-maliyeti-2026.
- Turkish quality test: Not the vendor's demo video, but 10 calls with your own script; the five-step protocol is in the section below.
- Latency measurement: Time with a stopwatch how long it takes from the moment the caller stops speaking until the agent starts its spoken reply; figures published by vendors may use different definitions and conditions. Note the average and the worst value across five calls.
- KVKK: In most setups the provider is the data processor and you are the data controller; the duty to inform stays with you, and for technical and organizational measures you are jointly responsible with the processor [12]. Ask for written answers to whether audio is recorded, where transcripts are hosted, how deletion requests are handled, and whether a DPA is signed.
- Price transparency: Convert credit-, seat-, activation-, minute- and USD-based packages into a single lira figure using your own monthly minute volume.
- Integration: Saying calendar, CRM and WhatsApp/SMS connections "exist" is not enough; see in the documentation which system, which direction (read or write) and whether it works via webhook/API.
- Ease of trial: A trial without a credit card, a sign-up credit or a time-limited trial; how many business days setup takes, whose effort it requires. Can you make real calls with your own number during the trial?
A published price does not make a product good; it lets you, not the vendor, do the comparison.
Which Turkish-speaking AI voice assistant is good?
This map did not measure Turkish quality; information about Turkish on vendor pages is limited too: SESTEK Knovvu explicitly lists Turkish among its supported languages [9]; AI Agent TR gives Turkish as the base language and English in the Enterprise package [1]; the others mostly give a language count. The number of languages is not a measure of quality. The hard part of Turkish on the phone is long suffixed words, the late point at which a sentence's end becomes clear, and the caller's habit of interrupting. So instead of "how many languages", ask "what was done for Turkish", and get the answer with your own phone, using a five-step protocol that runs the same script with every provider in the same environment:
- Agglutinative words: Say long suffixed words such as "randevumu ertelettiremeyecektim" and "faturalarımızdakilerden", plus personal and place names; note the number of words misspelled in the transcript.
- Reading numbers and dates: Say values such as a phone number, the last digits of an order number, "15 September at 15:30" and "1,250 lira", and have the agent read them back; count skipped digits and misreadings.
- Interruption: Cut in while the agent is in the middle of a long sentence; does it stop and listen, resume where it left off, or talk over you?
- Noise: Repeat the same script from a car with the window open, from the street or from a crowded waiting room; compare the drop in recognition accuracy with the first call.
- Accent and dialect: Have a colleague who speaks with an Aegean, Black Sea or Eastern accent read the same script; note misunderstandings and unnecessary "could you repeat that" prompts.
Repeat each step twice and time response latency with a stopwatch on every call; after ten calls, the ranking often differs from the claims on vendor pages. The limits of this map
Voice AI is the wrong tool for some jobs; knowing this upfront improves the purchasing decision. It should not be used as an emergency line; final legal, medical or financial decisions should not be left to the agent but handed to a human. In very noisy environments (field, factory, vehicle) recognition accuracy drops. Concurrent call capacity depends on the package with every provider; a campaign that calls hundreds of people at once needs an enterprise package and a load test beforehand.
For outbound calls the real limit is legal, not technical: the definition of commercial electronic messages in the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, issued under Law No. 6563, also covers calls made by telephone, call centers and automatic dialing machines; the general rule is the recipient's prior consent; consent is obtained through or recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) [13]. AI makes calling cheaper; it does not replace permission. Dialing a list without consent creates problems no matter how good the provider is.
The map has its own limits too: prices change, with USD-based packages the exchange rate changes the cost from month to month, and no "cheap/expensive" verdict is possible without converting credit, seat, activation and minute units into one another.
In short: in Turkey in 2026 there are three commercial models and at least ten options for Turkish-speaking voice AI; global platforms can be used with extra work. The right choice comes not from a vendor list but from ten calls with your own script. This article is not legal advice; legislation and vendor pages may change, and all information is given as of the access date of 30 August 2026.
